Cornalin

Cornalin is an exquisite, native red grape from the Valais region of Switzerland. If Petite Arvine is considered the Jewel of the Valais then Cornalin would be the ruby. Grown on the terranced vineyards scaling the Alps of the Valais, this native vareital is the personification of "fine wine." 

Bouquet: Wonderous aromatics of blackfruits, cocoa, and roasted coffee beans.

Palate: Seductively smooth and full of fruity sensations like dark cherry and plum with a beautiful structure and well-present tannins.  

Pairings: Pairs beautifully with ternderlion and filet. One of the most riviting complements to venison.
