A lively, natural-style white from the Scadenagut estate in Malans — the Vin Viv Blanc is a field-blended expression of three estate varieties, vinified with minimal intervention to let the terroir and vintage speak freely.

Bouquet: Fresh and expressive, with bright grassy and herbaceous notes from the Sauvignon Blanc, layered with the characteristic berry-tinged aromatic lift of Pinot Noir. Light salmon in color.

Palate: Juicy and textured with a lively, well-integrated acidity and a satisfying, refreshing finish. Approachable and vibrant — a wine built for pure enjoyment.

Vinification: A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulfur. All grapes sourced from certified organic estate vineyards in Malans.
